After switching logging level to Verbose, MinimServer is restarted normally.

My question was about recording a radio stream to a disk file. Perhaps you had started a recording some time previously and you weren't aware that it was still running.
No definitely haven’t done of those - wouldn’t know how - at least not intentionally.

The NullPointerException problem is now fixed in MinimServer update 122.
