Are you looking at the same "Recently Added" index created by MinimServer in all control points? Some control points (not the Linn app or Kazoo) create their own recently added index and the contents of this are likely to be different from the index created by MinimServer.
If you are looking at the same "Recently Added" index in all control points, the difference is likely to be caused by not reloading the MinimServer library into the control point after doing the rescan. The Linn app and Kazoo do not require this reload.

Yes I am looking for the same "Recently Added" index created by MinimServer.
Behaviour of the Linn app and Kazoo(PC) seems unpredictable, I have seen zero,1, 2 and now 4 retagged albums added as recently played. (4 is what I see in all other controlpoints), strange......

You need to delete these retagged files from added-dates.txt and then do a MinimServer rescan. After this, things should work correctly.
I can't explain why the Linn control points show different albums than your other control points.

Thanks, my interpretation was that update 219 would automatically fix this.
How can I delete these files?
I tried to delete them but they somehow reload.
[attachment=2750] select text file, confirm and delete
[attachment=2751] file deleted
[attachment=2752] rescan
[attachment=2753] back again

You neeed to edit the added-dates.txt file (not added-files.txt) to remove only the retagged files from the list of files in the added-dates.txt file. Do not delete the added-dates.txt file because this will cause you to lose all your "recently added" history.
To do this, you need to download the added-dates.txt file from your NAS to a computer and use a text editor (for example, Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac) to remove only the lines for retagged files. After you have made these changes, upload the edited added-dates.txt file from your computer to the NAS and rescan.
Before you start doing this, make a copy of the added-dates.txt file in case something goes wrong with downloading, editing and uploading the added-dates.txt file.
You don't need to delete the added-files.txt file or make any changes to this file.

OK that copy was useful, I first got a red icon due to an empty first line.
Icon is green now and some of the retagged albums disappeared in recently added.
Two albums however still appear because they are listed in recently added and were not listed in added-dates.
I know why and when I retagged these files and both where added years ago.

The Recently Added menus should show everything in the added-dates.txt file first (sorted by most recent at the top), followed by other files in your library (sorted by "last modified" dates, most recent at the top).
Is this what you are seeing, or do you see any retagged files higher up the list than the files in your added-dates list?
It would be helpful if you could post (as file attachments) your current added-dates.txt and added-files.txt files.

Before I altered the added-dates.txt file there were 4 albums in Recently Added when I first reacted on this tread (Last Week) and today 7 albums (last month)
This is when using Kazoo iOS.

I don't understand why there were 4 album shown in Recently Added last week and 7 today, no tagging or changes made last week.
I think things might be related to either retag or change the folder name.
