I’m having an issue with searches via Linn Kazoo (Mac, iOS, Win).
If I search for “ring”, I get the expected artists (Buffalo Springfield, Arditti String Quartet) and expected albums (Bringing it All Back Home), but for tracks I not only get items with “ring” in the track name, but every track on every album that has “ring” in the artist name or album title. I rarely search by track, so this could have been happening for a while.
I searched and couldn’t find any reference in other posts, so I assume it has to do with my setup. Any thoughts on troubleshooting?

Linn Kinsky behaves similarly but Lumin, 8 Player lite and Mconnect lite perform logically, I.e. only tracks appear that match a track filter.
That suggests it’s a ‘feature’ of Linn apps.

The search query is constructed by the control point. MinimServer returns exactly what the control point has requested (no more and no less).
