My brother uses a netbook, a USB external HD, a TV,foobar and a V-DAC.
The netbook is connected with the VDAC and the TV, not over HDMI, to display the foobar content on the TV.
Is there any Windows client (e.g. foobar) , which displays the MinimServer (installed on the netbook) content on the TV ?

You can use foobar as a UPnP control point talking to MinimServer as a UPnP media server.
