Hi Simon,
As a long subscriber to MinimServer….
Can we please have an option completely rebuild the MinimServer index from scratch (no delta increments)?
I want to be sure that I have the most accurate and recent meta data tag information in the index. Given the many MinimServer and JAVA JRE updates I am not sure enough the index will still be accurate 100%. Software cannot be proven scientifically…
I understand “The most recent played” and “The most recently added” tag sill be wiped out of course, but for me this is non-essential information.
Please consider it to include this “Rebuild Index” option in the MinimWorld web config page.

You can perform a full rebuild of the MinimServer index (read all library files from disk) by doing the following:
1) Set the startupScan property to full
2) Do a rescan
This will not change what is in the Recently Played and Recently Added sections (unless new files were added since the previous scan).
