Ignoring "The" in titles

MinimServer currently provides an option to ignore the word "The" in titles. Would it be possible to change this to ignore a list of words that could be edited by the user? It's a bit disconcerting to have "The" ignored (as I prefer) but to have the equivalent in other languages displayed. Since it's not realistic to expect Simon to know every language that MinimServer users deal with, it seems better not to hardwire the ignorable words, but just process a list that users could edit--I, for instance, would add the French and German articles. Thanks!

It would be possible to extend the 'ignoreThe' option to allow a list of words to be specified by the user. Depending on how long this list is, there might be a small impact on performance. I will put this on the list of requested enhancements for a future release.

Thanks, Simon! I don't think the list would be a long one; for instance, in French one would need three articles (le, la, les), with similar entries for German, Italian, and Spanish. That would probably cover the needs of most classical music listeners--hope a list of this size would not affect performance much.
