Two issues about NAS

I have Minimserver running on a Synology DS215j NAS which is on firmware release 6.0.2-8451 Update 9

There is a new release of the NAS firmware, but I get a wanring message to say that minimserver will nolonger work if I upgrade.

Will there be a fix to this problem?

Which, if any, version of Minimserver will run on a Qnap TS-231P?

See this thread. This message is a problem in DSM and you can safely ignore it. I reported the problem to Synology some time ago but they haven't responded, so I suspect they are not interested in fixing this incorrect message.

This model is supported by MinimServer. Just install MinimServer from the QNAP App Center and you will get the correct version.
