Using app with minimserver

Suppose after removing AVG and testing if it works with the windows firewall can AVG installed back again ?

The steps are:

1) Remove AVG and try to get MinimServer working with the Windows firewall.

2) If this works, we know the problem is caused by AVG, so you can reinstall AVG and work with AVG technical support to resolve the AVG problem.

3) If this doesn't work, we know the problem is not caused by AVG, so we can do further investigations to see what else could be blocking MinimServer.

Indeed then must AVG technical support it solve
The firewall scanner in AVG was bypassed in the test by the technician and still exist the blocking of the Minimserver.
What else could be more the problem, there were some screens in AVG what i don't understand to fill in and the AVG technician did not go in thoose screens.

Ok, i will uninstall AVG without any problem , because it can easily be reinstalled.
Not now , because i am not at home and later.

I have installed AVG on a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit machine.
It automatically setup the correct packet rules to allow Minimserver to 'work'.

If it helps, I have attached a PDF containing the appropriate screen captures.

I would still like to know whether the OP can get MinimServer working without AVG as there might be some other issue that is specific to his/her system.

Alandbush what is allow miniserver to "work" exactly ?
i do have a audionet app aMM (for android) working together with minimserver and minimserver is not showing up in app after open this app

I removed 4 instances of Java™ platform SE binary in my list of AVG anti virus and left over one
But the minimserver is still not showing up on my app ..haha

It may be helpful if you could provide screenshots of the AVG application rules and packet rules for the Java entry.

Alandbush you did not answer my question : what is allow miniserver to "work" exactly ? ( for you)
Before we go further with this
Because after i followed your setup : the minimserver is still not showing up in my app aMM from audionet
