I wasn't doubting, but I had to juggle with what the Synology message said so specifically and what you said, and I wanted to be sure that MinimServer would be OK my particular model of Synology NAS, there being so many. That other thread, which I didn't find despite looking before posting, does make it clear. Thanks again for your answer and for your promptness in responding.
