Please do the following:
1) In the QNAP App Center, select Stop from the MinimServer icon 2) In the Public share of the NAS, you will find a file named minimserver-diag.tar.gz 3) Attach this file to a post here This file contains diagnostic information. I will take a look at the information in the file and let you know what to do next. |
