If a folder (and all its subfolders) contains no audio files, this folder isn't counted in the 65000 limit.

Please try this again with 0.71. There was a bug in 0.70 that caused folders to be included even though they don't contain audio files.

You can see which folders are being scanned by using the MinimWatch log window to set the logging level to Verbose, then restarting MinimServer.
