Port 9790 is an http port, not an https port. If I use https, the browser tab hangs, which is what I would expect. I am not sure what might cause you to be unable to use http but able to use https.
Edit: I think perhaps you are saying that you are unable to use http and also unable to use https. Please confirm. If so, this might be caused by a security setting in your browser. Which browser and version number are you using? |
