Which version of the JRE package do you have installed? It should be JRE 8.151.2. Older versions of MinimServer used the JRE_ARM package but this is no longer current and should be removed if you have it installed, as described in this section.

Correct, it is a ARMv5.

I run a TS-419P+

I also installed the package for the wrong ARM and ended up with a Nas that tied to install that wrong version everytime it restarts.

Got that solved via the QNAP forums.
