you're right.

if you add albumartists to the indextags and then look into what is served under album artist you see indeed at the complete bottom of the list under albumartist [unknown] all tracks for albums which have differing track artists but no album artist mentioned. the suggestion from mp3tag site is indicating that some control points handle the variance, and some don't. I think that is proved.
