MinimServer update 198

MinimServer update 198 has been released. This fixes a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the configuration web interface. It also reinstates additional license checking that was originally released in update 194 and then withdrawn because of problems it caused for some users.

This update is not yet enabled for automatic installation. If no problems are reported in the next few days, automatic installation will be enabled.
