Cannot open MS on Mac

Can you access the RipNAS as an external disk from your Mac? If so, you can do the following to point MinimServer at the external disk. I've tested this on Lion.

1) Bring up Properties from the minim icon on the menu bar and delete the value in the contentDir field. Press OK to confirm this change,
2) Select Restart from the minim icon. You should get a "Select Content Directory" dialog.
3) In the directory selector (below the "File:" entry field), select 'Macintosh HD'.
4) In the list of files, you should see 'Volumes' at or near the bottom. Double-click 'Volumes'.
5) In the list of files, you should see all your disks, including external disks. You should be able to navigate to the correct folder on your external disk and press Select.

There's no MinimServer installation package for the RipNAS. The RipNAS runs Windows Home Server, so you might be able to install the Windows x86 version of MinimServer on the RipNAS if you can access the RipNAS Windows desktop from another computer. It would be simpler to get MinimServer working on the Mac by following the above instructions.
