Problem with rescan from Bubble

Thanks for letting me know about this. I have looked into what is happening and it appears that BubbleUPnP is sending a rescan instruction using an obsolete API that was superseded in 2016. This obsolete API was removed in update 250 because I didn't think anyone was still using it.

I will contact the author of BubbleUPnP and ask if BubbleUPnP could be updated to use the new rescan command that has been available since 2016.
