Adding radio to Naim App

I have tried this with my Naim renderer. The Naim is unable to play AAC ADTS streams and this is why the BBC R4 stream isn't playing. The solution is to transcode the stream to WAV format by putting *:wav24 in the MinimStreamer stream.transcode property. After doing this, refresh the list of streams in the Naim app.
