what settings modifications do cause a full rescan?
just managed to let minim scan my library .. next to 1h until finished.
I then modified the tagValue parameter slightly.
Result is a complete rescan from scratch.
Means .. no files were modified, nor their locations.
Isn't there a way to let minim prevent from rescanning all the files but use some sort of dumpfile where it stores all file/tag readning so that modifying the setting won't ask for a complete rescan?

RE: what settings modifications do cause a full rescan?
MinimServer already uses a cache file to make rescans quicker. The cache will not be used if you do any of the following:

1) Change the startupScan setting from 'true' to 'full'

2) Set the writeAllTags property

3) Use a new contentDir setting that you haven't used previously

4) Delete the .mcache files in the MinimServer data directory

In all other cases, if you select Restart from the minim icon, you won't get a rescan.
