Deactivating license on failed NAS
I have been running MinimServer 2.2 update 257 on my QNAP HS251+.
This unit failed during the week and I have replaced it with a QNAP HS264-8G and successfully installed MinimServer 2.2 update 257 by activating the second of the 3 licenses. Is it possible to deactivate the license from the "dead" QNAP HS251+? Thanks |

RE: Deactivating license on failed NAS
The license for your HS-251+ should be deactivated now.

RE: Deactivating license on failed NAS
Thanks Simon, now back to 1 of 3 licences active. I assume you had to do this and it is not something I could have done myself?

RE: Deactivating license on failed NAS
At present this is something that I have to do if a device has become permanently unusable.
