Set location of streamed recordings

I’ve been running MinimServer and Streamer on a raspberry Pi for years now. Runs pretty much flawlessly for me, and has transformed access to my music collection. Thank you!

I am trying to configure the file location for streamed radio recordings. The recordings themselves work fine, but I’m having trouble changing where they are written to. The user guide says to change the location of the .logFile. I’ve done that and the log is now written to the new location OK, but recordings are still being written to the old location.

I feel sure there’s a simple solution to this, but I can’t find it!

UPDATE

Problem fixed. By creating the "rec" sub-directory in the new location by hand (a permissions issue maybe?) and a system restart, the recordings are now being written to the new location

I have just seen your update. It is better to post a reply rather than editing your post because people who have subscribed to the thread aren't notified about posts being edited.

I am pleased you have found a workaround. I will look into why the workaround is needed and post back here. This might take a bit of time because I am away from home at present.
