Running on an ODROID XU with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and a Marantz NA 7004.

Thanks for this positive feedback! It's very nice to see something like this amongst the problem reports. Smile

In that case: my upgrade went smoothly too. Windows 7 for MinimWatch, Qnap 219 for MinimServer.

I love the way updates are handled now. Great job! Smile

I'm not aware of any changes that would cause this.

Simon,
Yes it is, thank you very much!
Minimserver working great, yet again. thanks a lot!
Now, if I could only work out what the problem is with minimwatch on OSX... using the windows version without a problem in the mean time.

The web interface is great btw, the ability to initiate a rescan with a web browser (iphone, ipad) is much much appreciated!!

Please see this post (if this is still the same MinimWatch OS X problem). If it isn't the same problem, please describe the problem that you're seeing.

I get an error message:
Relaunch failed: see minimwatch-heapdump-20140101-1040120.hprof and minimwatch-threads-20140101-104120.log

Where are those files located? unable to find them in ~/Library/Minimwatch

Thanks for uploading these files. It looks like the relaunch problem is related to a Java accessibility setting. Have you set enabled any of the Universal Access settings in System Preferences?

Hi,
I haven't touched any settings in System Preferences. Is that a Java setting or MacOSX setting you are referring to?
Will try to take a screen shot today

Hmm, the Java control panel just locked up... I guess now we know who (what) the culprit is, wonder what to do...
Can I revert to an older java?

I think it would be a Mac OS X setting under Universal Access in System Preferences. It might have happened as a result of installing some other software on the Mac.
