MinimServer runs but no streaming

Hi Simon,

My MinimServer (license type is Full, with no expiry date, includes free updates until February 7, 2025) runs on NAS DS214play DSM 7.1.1. My set-up includes a Volumio local server.

DSM reports MinimServer running but does not stream to my Volumio streamer.

I have shut down and restarted NAS but to no avail.

Attached is MinimServer log of today, which looks to me like reporting problem but I have no clue what is wrong.

Can you please help ?

Have you enabled in Volumio the UPNP Client option?
And what control point app are you using? Can you select Minimserver as the library? can you find Volumio as the player?

Using the Volumio control point app, it does NOT link up my Volumio Boss Player...
Looks like my Boss Player is not running proper.
Will look into this next week, tied up this WE.

Once you have enabled Upnp Client option in Volumio you should use a control app like BUbbleupnp (Android) or MConnect Player (ios, Android) on you smartphone/tablet.
As far as i can remember Volumio app cannot “see” an UPNP server
