Hi there, I am installing MinimServer 2.2 on a Samsung S21+ inside a Termux/PRoot Ubuntu environment and am receiving Platform Data Error 1A.
Please can I obtain a custom text snippet for my minimserver.license file? Many thanks in advance, Justin |

RE: Platform Data Error installing MinimServ2.2
This error message means that MinimServer has been unable to find the MAC address for your device.
The MAC address is needed for creating a MinimServer license. The minimserver.license file cannot be edited by the user because it is created by the MinimServer license server. |

RE: Platform Data Error installing MinimServ2.2
The code to do this is complex (it needs to work in a variety of Linux environments) and it can also depend on the situation in which the MAC address is being retrieved. Please do the following:
1) Set the MinimServer logging level to Debug, then exit MinimServer, then restart MinimServer 2) After MinimServer stops with the error, compress the minimserver.log file using zip, gzip or similar 3) Attach the compressed log file to a post here From this log I should be able to see how MinimServer is retrieving the MAC address. |
