Please zip or gzip the minimserver.log file to save space, then upload the zipped file to my FTP server. I will PM you the server details. I don't need the minimserver-out.log file.

Also, how exactly did you do the copy from MinimServer to the iPhone app? Which iPhone app was this?

8player app. Then select MinimServer UPnP > Genre > xxx items > tap [...] near one item and click download all.. This will trigger a que and will download as long as app is on background or foreground. But, attempts today with 250 and 850 items went flawlessly. Rule that out.

Could it be the quick scrolling in songs confuse MinimServer instance on Diskstation? It would draw me in direction of mem testing.

In addition, if quick browse / listen / move playhead on e.g. computer or otherwise media player I have never seen MinimServer go offline.

I have to wait until it crashes again before I can reproduce minimserver.log.

Did you save the minimserver.log file from the last crash? It is very important to do this immediately after a crash so that I can look at the log to try to understand the cause of the problem. To produce a suitable log for diagnostic purposes, the logging level should be set to Debug. You need to copy the log file before restarting MinimServer as it will be overwritten by the restart.

I looked into it then restarted apparently aiming to replicate the issue. No log file yet.
Can I set debug level logging from MinimServer or is that done via MinimWatch?

From the MinimServer configuration web page, select Properties > System and set the .logLevel property to debug.

Properties > System > .logLevel property is set to debug. I'm still waiting for MinimServer to go out of the air as so quick I couldn't reproduce the issue anymore.

Had stopped Synology Mediaserver for few weeks. Problem gone. When Synology Mediaserver is started again the problem shows again.

I have tried running with this setup and I don't see this problem. It might possibly be caused by some issue with how your router supports UPnP discovery and multicast forwarding when two different UPnP applications are running on the same device. I can't offer any further advice or suggestions except to run MinimServer with the Synology media server disabled.
